Delivery & Returns

For off-the-shelf LED products we aim to offer a three day delivery service for orders received before noon (subject to stock, volume of orders and available transport), however, this does depend on the size of the product and geographical location, as they are sometimes shipped directly from our distribution warehouse.

Please call us to discuss all orders for faster availability and where possible we will oblige.

For special order items and custom builds, we will provide full timescales and work with you to deliver to your exact specification. We often deliver ahead of time and are proud to say we’ve never once missed a deadline.

As a B2B supplier, returns of off-the-shelf items are discretionary and are only accepted if the Goods are sealed, undefaced and unopened in the original manufacturer’s packaging, unused and undamaged. Custom, special order and bespoke items are not returnable. Products opened, defaced, damaged or relabelled cannot be returned.  Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further information.
