We’re immensely proud to announce that the much-anticipated refit of London Undercover’s Spitalfields store includes an innovative piece of kit that was custom made by us. Read on to discover more about the custom curved LED screen we supplied, and the incredible brand behind the iconic, British-made, sustainable umbrellas and their very unique, London-based stores.
Bringing the humble umbrella to life
London Undercover is a quintessentially British brand that’s revered for their handcrafted designs, personal touches, quality materials and outstanding craftsmanship. Established in 2008, they have quickly become known for their beautiful, luxury umbrellas.
Their designs are both timeless and forward-thinking, with their approach to sustainability ticking all the right boxes for the customer and the wider environment.
London Undercover has been crafting their classic and telescopic umbrellas with 100% recycled PET fabric – a yarn made from recycled plastic bottles that diverts waste from landfill and reduces emissions – for the past 14 years to ensure a luxury look, long lasting quality and optimum sustainability.
Their collaborations are also highly regarded as London Undercover describes:

Store concepts that go above and beyond
London Undercover is also well known for their quirky store concepts. Alongside their flagship store on Lamb’s Conduit Street, they opened another showroom with a difference on Hanbury Street in the heart of East London.
The Shoreditch based store is newly renovated and serves freshly baked pastries and speciality coffee to its patrons daily.
Custom curves included
As well as being home to London Undercover’s range of sustainable British umbrellas, their Spitalfields store features a curved ticker display provided by us.
Our custom LED curved screen was built specifically to fit their Hanbury Street shop in London as part of the recent refit. The display itself is 17.28 metres long by 0.12m high, and boasts P4 full colour LEDs (4mm pixel pitch) that allow the customer to show ticker messages or LED video.
